1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Drain Dubai Pro ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the specialized plumbing services we provide.

2. Services

We provide professional plumbing services in Dubai, including but not limited to drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater repair, and pipe installation. All services are subject to availability and our confirmation.

3. Estimates and Payment

Estimates provided are non-binding until a physical inspection is completed. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

We provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in your service invoice. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions or misuse of equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
